2. How we trade

Drevals Emporium trades exclusively through this online store. We do not operate retail outlets, and we have no franchisees or agents. Every contract for goods bought through this website is with Drevals Emporium (Pty) Ltd directly.

3. VAT status

Drevals Emporium (Pty) Ltd is not a registered VAT vendor. Prices on this store do not include a VAT component, no VAT is charged on any order, and we do not issue tax invoices. You will receive an invoice, not a tax invoice.

4. Dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at www.cgso.org.za or 0860 000 272. This does not affect your right to approach a court or the National Consumer Commission.

5. Intellectual property

The Drevals Emporium name, logo and monogram, and the layout, text and images of this website, are owned by or licensed to Drevals Emporium (Pty) Ltd. Product images and descriptions supplied by our suppliers remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe the goods offered for sale.

Artwork you supply for branding remains yours. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to use it and you permit us to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. See clause 6 of our Terms of Service.

6. Governing law

This website and all transactions concluded through it are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

7. Accuracy

We take care to keep product, stock and pricing information accurate, but stock levels and supplier pricing change. Where an obvious error appears, we will contact you before proceeding rather than hold you to it.
